We ask that your application for exhibit space be returned by September 27^th, 2008 so that we can accurately recognize your support and make appropriate arrangements for the exhibit hall and meals. Set up for the conference will be after 4pm on Thursday evening, the exhibit hall will be open during scheduled breaks and meals on Friday and Saturday (morning only on Saturday). This year there is the option of exhibiting Friday only or both Friday and Saturday.
