We do have to get the Governor's signature. He has until 
July 14 to sign. I plan on scheduling a meeting with the 
Governor and his staff in early June. You are all welcome 
to join me for the meeting. In the meantime, we need 
letters to the Governor asking for his support for Senate 
Bill 756. 
If signed, the legislation will go into effect on August 
28, 2006.
