We have been asked to place some NP’s to do assessments in Missouri.

These are for home confined diabetic members.
General physicals that take about 45 minutes.

Evaluation form is in the XLHealth File on my desk.

Once a provider provides the desired location and avail. Dates, we will schedule a NP to do 7 assessments per 8 hour day. If NP chooses to complete in excess of 7 assessments, then they receive and additional rate per assessment.
Assessments can be scheduled on weekeknds.

Forms are faxed for review to ensure completion, and they are forwarded to XLHealth.


XLHealth requires NP’s who want to do these be able to commit 10 shifts in the next 2 months.

We pay NP $440.00 per day. If they complete 7 assessments in the 8 hour day. Over 7, we pay $55 per hour.
Mileage is paid at .32 per mile.
Mileage forms need to be completed.

NPs who are female will be assigned only females, etc…

Malpractice Insurance- 1 million over 6 million with an unlimited tail.
